Shipping Charges We offer $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders up to $100 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 in the contiguous 48 States. To qualify your order must ship Ground Service to an address in the contiguous 48 States. For Free Shipping the total merchandise ordered must be over $100, after any discounts or coupons. No other shipping options or destinations qualify.
Additional shipping charges will apply to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO. Current shipping rates are $14.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders up to $100 and $29.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders over $100. Order Process & Shipping Time In order to offer a wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources and items are often shipped in separate packages via Federal Express, UPS or the US Postal Service. Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. When your order is ready to ship, delivery time is normally 7 to 14 days. Some of our items are custom made at the time of the order and may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. This will be noted on the product page.
Expedited Orders If you need your item in a hurry, please contact us before ordering for expedited shipping charges.
Out Of Stock & Back Ordered Items We will contact you immediately if an item you order is back ordered or out of stock. It’s also possible the item may no longer be available. You can decide if you want to order a different item or cancel.
Airline Approved Carriers Many of our carriers will work for in-cabin airline travel with most major airlines. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR AIRLINE TO SEE IF THE CARRIER MEETS THEIR GUIDELINES.
Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to return your product you have 15 days from the date of delivery to let us know. Contact us and let us know the reason for the return and we will tell you how to proceed. The item must be received unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Items may be returned for a Refund or Store Credit. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Return Shipping Charges Shipping charges will not be refunded. The actual shipping and/or handling charge we incur will be deducted from the refund. Any free shipping received at the time of purchase and/or handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that delivery and shipping charges on returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Restocking Fee All Sale Items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom/Special Orders Special and/or custom orders cannot be returned, so please choose the size and fabric carefully. If you need any assistance please contact us prior to ordering.
Damaged Or Used items Returns are not accepted for damaged/used items, unless damaged at time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
