HOW DOES IT WORK?

Get One Pet Passport PER PET
Fill out the Pet Parent Info on Page 1
Fill out the Pet Info on Page 2 and add a photo of your pet
Fill out the Microchip/Tattoo Info on Page 3
Bring your Pet Passport to your veterinarian's office and ask them to please fill out, stamp and sign each section appropriate to the pet
Every time you go for a veterinary visit, ask your vet to add the update. 
Keep your Pet Passport with you when traveling by air.  In the car leave it in the glove compartment.
