The tote is actually adorable and seems to be well made. However, the listing on the website never mentioned that it would fit dogs UP TO 7lbs. It just said 'small dogs' and my dog is about 8 1/2 lbs and fluffy, so he looks a little cramped in there (he's a Yorkie). As long as I don't shut the top completely, he's comfortable with his head out. There may come a time when I'll want to put him in there for an airplane ride and he may not like that very much.
