It has an inside zippered pocket and an adjustable strap to attach to a collar or harness.  Straps are made from blue/brown grosgrain ribbon. Removable inside pad which can be made warm in the winter and cold in the summer. 

 

Carrier has a rounded opening for the dogs head and holds a dog up to 7.5 pounds.
